I am so excited to help you on your wellness journey so you can live your life to the fullest! After completing training in 1998 at The Ohio State University, I began practicing as a therapist. In addition to caring for patients through Sondermind, I have experience practicing in community mental health centers, schools, hospitals, and private practice.

My strengths are in CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy. Outside of behavioral health care and in my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family.
