My sessions promote self-exploration through curiosity & compassion, & learning customized skills for your unique needs and desired goals. I’m also trained in EMDR, if you are seeking that modality.

My approach to therapy allows a tailored counseling experience to fit your needs & goals. You will consistently receive confidential, safe, affirming & empowering support as we explore what is right for you. EMDR is available along with several other modalities such as ACT, CBT, DBT, Gottman method, mindfulness, self-compassion, & more.
