Life can be incredibly challenging, especially when you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or others. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational trauma, or simply seeking greater clarity and personal growth, you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space for adults—including young adults, midlife individuals, and seniors—to explore what’s holding them back and begin moving toward healing and self-discovery.
I offer short and long term counseling for the following specialities including: anxiety and worry, shame, depression, PTSD and trauma, relationship issues, life transitions and changes, grief and loss and postpartum depression and anxiety.
