I am a diplomate in counseling psychology with over 30 years experience.I work with a variety of issues. At the core, I connect with my patients empathically. I combine a variety of approaches. The main ones being relational, psychodynamic, and cognitive. I see the therapy relationship as a microcosm of other relationships. I help clients explore the past and its impact on the present, as well as starting with present issues to create movement in therapy.
I have worked in the therapy field for over 30 years, and am a Board Certified Diplomate in Counseling Psychology, as well as past Board member of the American Board of Counseling Psychology. I work with groups, couples and individuals, and my practice is diverse. I have also worked extensively with the LGBTQ+ community. aging and loss
