Individuals and families in today’s world face so many stressors. I hold a a full license as a marriage and family therapist and a limited license as a psychologist. I have completed additional trainings in treating victims of trauma and substance abuse. I work with individuals, couples, and families in treating anxiety, depression, major life changes, relationship challenges, gender/identity issues, grief, and trauma.
I believe that every individual, couple, and family has the ability to better understand their selves and their relationships, in order to face and overcome life's challenges.
