I specialize in working with individuals aged 15 and up who are navigating challenges such as eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and low self-worth by utilizing a number of effective therapies that I will specifically cater to you and the challenges you are facing.
My approach is rooted in existential principles, emphasizing authenticity, meaningful connections, and living with purpose. This framework helps you take a step back, gain a broader perspective, and tap into your full potential.
