Many of the individuals and couples I work with come to me feeling stuck in cycles of stress, disconnection, or overwhelm. Past experiences or trauma often show up as anxiety, chronic tension, or a sense of numbness. Couples may arrive carrying the weight of ongoing conflict or the quiet ache of feeling distant while deeply longing to feel close again. Using a trauma-focused, body-based approach, we slow things down and create space for safety, regulation, and meaningful reconnection—within yourself and in your relationships. My hope is to support you in moving from simply getting by to living with greater ease and presence.
