I specialize in working with women who are struggling with shame, self critical thoughts, and the lasting impact of a difficult childhood or relationship. In addition to talk therapy, I use EMDR and parts work, which can help you process traumatic memories, lead to emotional healing, and enhance your well-being.
I've been there and have benefitted from therapy myself! Even though it can feel intimidating to reach out, I offer convenient and secure online video sessions to make it easier to start whenever you're ready.
