I am passionate about working with women who are highly sensitive, anxious, and have experienced a lack of parental support as children reclaim joy and contentment in their lives. We can work together to soothe your difficult emotions, change negative self-talk and develop a kinder relationship with yourself.

I provide a compassionate and relatable approach to help you explore and gain clarity into your beliefs, feelings, and patterns. In addition to talk therapy, I use EMDR which can help you process traumatic memories & lead to emotional healing. I also teach relaxation skills, breath work & somatic exercises for you to use outside of sessions.

It's possible to feel better and begin to thrive in life. From our first session together, all of your emotions and thoughts are welcome here.
