I offer a therapeutic approach that is warm, non-judgmental, and often injected with humor. I believe that trauma is frequently at the core of substance abuse as well as other mental health symptoms and so work from a trauma-informed perspective.
I provide my clients with a calm, compassionate environment in which to find their way. I believe we each have a wise mind within us and sometimes just need help tapping into that wisdom. We have the ability to grow, learn new skills and gain insights that will allow us to heal. I am available for in person and online sessions.
