Hi, I’m Mindy Crabb, a compassionate therapist dedicated to guiding individuals toward healing and self-discovery.
My own transformative journey in therapy inspired me to pursue a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy and counseling. Since then, I’ve worked extensively with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and complex trauma, with a special focus on supporting women through all stages of life.
I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), spirituality, and meditation to create a safe space where clients can explore their inner world and cultivate lasting growth.
I have received training in Internal Family Systems Therapy from IFSI, IFSCA and IFIO. I integrate this self-led healing model with other methods of therapy to tailor each therapy session to the unique needs of my clients, creating a safe and nurturing space for collaborative exploration toward personal growth and overall wellbeing.
