Hi, I'm Mindy. For over twenty years, I experienced chronic pain and spent much of that time searching for ways to reduce it. When I finally found strategies that worked, I was inspired to help others manage and reduce their chronic pain, anxiety, and depression. My passion lies in helping you understand and alleviate your pain starting with Empowered Relief, a single-session, evidence-based pain management intervention created by Beth Darnall, PhD at Stanford University.

My approach to therapy is grounded in providing scientifically proven strategies to help you reduce your symptoms, support and a listening ear. I believe in working closely with you to find the resources and strategies that suit your personality and specific experiences.
