I have 16 years of experience helping youth and adults address ongoing struggles with anxiety, depression, academic challenges, ADHD, self-harm, childhood trauma, relationship challenges, and self-esteem. In counseling, I give you space to recognize what your current challenges are and we work together to develop a plan to help those feel manageable.
