Hello! I'm Mindy Battles a Licensed Independent Social Worker with 30 years of helping adults navigate life challenges. My therapeutic approach is open, warm and friendly. Each session is tailored to meet your needs. We will collaborate together how best to guide your session. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and aging. I have extensive experience working with older adults who are facing life transitions. Additionally, I have worked with adults as young as 18.
Therapeutically I offer an integrative approach using modalities such as CBT, Brainspotting, Mindfulness, ACT, EMDR, psychoanalytical and humanistic therapy, person-centered, solution-focused, somatic approaches and relaxation techniques. We will work together to develop strategies to promote growth and well-being.
