I want them to feel confident enough to realize that their quality of life is actually a result of their own actions and perceptions — not uncontrollable and unforeseeable events. Teletherapy is an option as well. Please note that I offer Telehealth therapy in Florida and Louisiana.
My extensive training includes individual, couples, family, group therapies, addiction, PTSD/Trauma work, and EMDR training. I've devoted my life to helping others receive the treatment they need to rebuild their lives.
