We take a very relativistic approach when working with clients because everybody’s problems are different so different approaches need to be facilitated. The therapists at Mind Works are trained to provide high quality psychoeducation and CBT practices. The practice is ran by Andree DeCastro who is a teacher of Psychology for 10 years at CUNY schools.
We believe it is our commitment in the field that has lead us to have a high success rate when it comes to helping individuals overcome their struggles.
