Minds Unstuck provides support for individuals with sensorimotor differences (autism and otherwise), their families, and their team of practitioners. Sensorimotor differences can impact so much. Life is complex, and can become even more so when considering someone living with and experiencing these differences. Families may struggle to find clinicians who can provide fulfilling guidance and support. My clients are looking for someone who can provide a unique perspective to their families' care. They are looking to build an intentional lifestyle around their loved one who is motor-impacted.
I offer direct work with the individual (if possible), as well as guidance, education, and direction for the team around them. My role is to inspire and facilitate the evolving process of what it means to love and learn together. I value having an emotionally-sensitive, humanistic and intuitive approach to supporting each family I work with.
Truly supporting individual with sensorimotor differences is possible with a great level of love, as well as commitment to a constant process of learning and unlearning about ourselves, each other and what is means to be human. There is great challenge in this intimate undoing and healing process, and we are meant to do this together.
