I wholeheartedly believe that everyone has the ability to heal from difficult life experiences and move forward to live a fulfilling and joyful life. I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults through the healing process after they have been exposed to anxiety, depression, and traumatic life events such as abuse/neglect, adoption, divorce, grief/loss, attachment difficulties, medical trauma, and other life stressors.

I work creatively to meet individuals where they are at based on their background and needs. I work collaboratively to address concerns and provide a safe space for exploration through talk therapy, EMDR, and trauma-informed interventions.
