My approach to therapy is through client empowerment, by cultivating a safe environment where individuals can overcome obstacles and establish control over their feelings, thoughts and behavior. Together, we will utilize both challenges and strengths to construct a catalyst for positive changes resulting in a well-balanced version of yourself.
