Most of my clients present with stress and depression either from grief or issues related to identity. These problems typically affect the way they are moving through the world, their relationships, their life satisfaction, and their understanding of themselves. My clients are typically searching for answers and understanding. They want to be able to live their lives instead of being trapped by trying to survive.
I specialize in being flexible and open in order to meet the needs of my clients no matter their backgrounds or histories. I am also the Program Director of Counseling at Piedmont University.
I believe when we are able to understand and accept ourselves, we are able to live a more happy and fulfilling life. I utilize a Humanistic approach to assist in this process that is individualized for every client.
