I am the author of the book Cycle Breaker: A Guide to Transcending Childhood Trauma. In my work with clients, I use what I have learned as a trauma therapist for 25 years to support people who want to get unstuck and create a life they love. Most people don’t realize they have suffered childhood trauma, but are confused why they are angry, anxious, depressed and have unfulfilling relationships. I help people connect the dots between their current struggles and their unprocessed wounds from the past. I don't just help people with symptoms, I help them get to the root cause of their suffering, so they can enjoy sustainable change.
I use an approach based on EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Logosynthesis, inner child-healing and mindset work. I teach people methods to respond to triggers, to envision the life they want, cultivate a perspective of life that empowers them, and other tools to successfully navigate difficulties in their life. I also use NeurOptimal neurofeedback in my practice.
Clients who are ready for deep personal growth benefit from my approach. I passionately believe in a person's ability to transform their life and guide them with compassion and confidence out of their darkness. I offer both individual and group coaching programs, as well as online courses to support the growth of people who are ready for change.
