I work with high functioning people who are ready for deep personal growth. Many people who reach out to me are suffering in multiple areas of their life, but they don’t know why. They often struggle in relationships, with parenting, socially, professionally, and are filled with self-doubt. Many also have chronic health challenges. My gift is my ability to help people understand how their childhood wounds are at play and guide them through the deep work necessary to heal unresolved traumas so they can be free to live a meaningful and joyful life where they feel grounded, peaceful, and powerful.
I’m the one people come to when they are ready to stop hurting and are willing to dive into deep work rapidly. I listen carefully to clients and can quickly understand why they are struggling. The approach I use considers the mind, body and spirit and is based on principles of EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Logosynthesis, Inner Child Healing, and belief work.
I have experienced my own transformation while recovering from extensive childhood trauma, described in my book Cycle Breaker: A Guide To Transcending Childhood Trauma. I hold deep compassion for people who have suffered and I know what’s possible when people commit to doing whatever it takes to find their way out of the darkness.
