As the founder, Licensed Therapist, Life Coach & Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, my goal is to assist all clients with life goal attainment, encourage self-determination, emotional regulation, use of healthier coping skills to live productive lives. Ongoing mindfulness is encouraged to decrease distorted negative thinking. The following techniques, Here & Now, Cognitive Behavioral & Mindfulness will be implemented. I strive to provide a safe environment where all clients can express their struggles & effectively manage their mental health symptoms, thereby leading to a healthier, happy and productive lives.
My expertise includes over 17 yrs treating Trauma; Environmental Trauma , Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Sexual/Physical Abuse, Domestic Violence, Grief/Loss, including Depression, Anxiety, & Life Goal Attainment. The goal is that all clients who have experienced Trauma will learn to identify symptoms, triggers & regulate their emotions through mindfulness.
A safe environment is provided where difficult issues can be explored and life goals can be obtained to allow healing to take place. I provide a supportive, judgement free zone & I encourage working collaboratively with all clients, so that it can lead to positive outcomes in treatment that would result in impacting the lives of all clients.
