15+ years experience. I work from an experiential, somatic, nature-based, mindfulness approach. I offer day-long intensives at Wild Heart Preserve in the Hill Country treating the whole person in spirit, mind and body. Utilizing nature as healer, rather than just treating the cognitive mind where our defenses are very skilled at keeping us in the status quo.
