Holly is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 30 years’ experience guiding adolescents, adults, children and families. She is an adept listener who has worked extensively in private practice and in a variety of clinical settings including outpatient clinics, residential treatment facilities and schools. She uses mind-body techniques and maintains a holistic healing perspective to help you achieve mental, physical and spiritual well-being. Holly is trained in a variety of modalities, including EMDR, Flash Technique, Transpersonal and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
Holly gained expertise in treating PTSD in her position of Clinical Director of a residential facility for traumatized adolescent girls. She has been using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming) with clients for over a decade and it has repeatedly shown to be an effective treatment for those suffering with trauma, depression and anxiety.
In addition to being in her third decade of providing treatment, Holly has been a clinical supervisor and mentor for therapists throughout the Philadelphia region. She is very passionate about her work in helping people unlock the mental and emotional barriers that keep one from being fully engaged and living a joyful life.
