Clients who work with me are searching for ways to grow personally, professionally, interpersonally, intrapersonally, and oftentimes all of the above. Clients that choose to work with me are encouraged to be their authentic selves without fear of judgement or rejection in a safe and brave environment. Clients find new meanings and ways of living that strengthen them to ward off depression, anxiety, trauma responses, and other barriers preventing them from living their lives fully. Clients also work with me to reprocess their traumatic memories and develop healthier futures using EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing).
The main speciality that I offer is providing a space for clients to feel seen, heard, and validated. By utilizing a diverse range of modalities, such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Humanistic approaches, I empower clients to explore their past and present with emotional resiliency and the bravery to decide on a healthier and more authentic future.
