At Amphora Mental Health, our philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance for anyone wanting to enhance their mindset in life, overcome past trauma, and work towards an abundant future. Our specialty is working with individuals with personality disorders and those diagnosed or living with Dissociative Identity Disorder. We look to help heal and enhance the whole person while giving them skills and tools to use for living day to day.
I specialize in working with individuals healing past trauma and wanting to break cycles of depression and/or anxiety. I also specialize in working with people living with DID that are seeking to heal their system and learn ways to enhance the connectivity of their systems in order to lead a fulfilling life.
