I have 20 years of experience with adults, young adults, and adolescents impacted by anxiety, depression, self-criticism, relationship/family concerns, trauma and loss. Expertise with college, graduate and international students. I also have interest in supporting working and single parents, people who identify as LGBTQ+, and military vets & their families.
I've been honored to work with people from many backgrounds. I try to create a safe space to meet each person's individual needs and values. Some clients prefer a specific treatment focus, while others want more flexibility to explore in therapy. I individually tailor treatment using empirical approaches to support clients' personal goals and wellbeing.
