Currently accepting new clients. There are many issues that impact and pull at us in life. It can come in the form of pressures from the outside world, the inner criticisms we feel, or trauma and stress we have experienced. Some may have felt they’ve lost connections within themselves because of the chaos and devastation that life sometimes brings. All these factors can play a role in making someone feel unbalanced.
In my work with clients, I believe it is important to first listen to their story, their upbringing, and their experiences. It is vital to consider the unique parts of each individual including the mind, body, and soul. When we mindfully address all of those parts, we can then live a balanced life.
Not sure where to begin? Reach out and I’d be happy to answer any more questions. Feel free to visit my website as well for some more info. Finding a therapist can feel overwhelming. If you are interested we can start with a 10 minute consult where I can answer any questions you have.
