I have worked in behavioral health for approximately 10 years. I use a humanistic, strength-based approach with some person centered, motivational interviewing, solution focused and cognitive behavioral therapies. Through counseling I can help guide you to your individualized goals and help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had.
