I am a clinical bilingual therapist specializing in trauma, and stress-related disorders, including PTSD, panic disorder, generalized anxiety, and social anxiety, which perhaps are due to a traumatic experience. I also specialize in anxiety and worry, depressive disorders, and other mood-related disorders that are interfering with your daily life.
In sessions, I use CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, trauma-focused, and a psychodynamic approach. It would be my deepest fulfillment to see your healing and see you thrive!
