As a therapist I see how powerful the mind-body connection can be, not only in how we live our lives, but also how we respond to challenges and interact with others. In session I will teach you how to tap into your intuition and awareness so that you can work through and manage anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions or work towards building and connecting in relationships.
