Adolescent Anxiety Support Group
Adolescents are struggling to make sense of so many social changes in the last few years. Some are presenting with symptoms of anxiety, depression and trauma. This group is designed to help them adjust to these changes through peer support and guided, evidenced based group therapy. The group is led by our masters level interns who have a passion in working with young people to adjust to this everchanging social environment.
