I currently have a waitlist for new clients. I have worked with children/teens in an educational setting for over 17 years in Nevada, Washington, North Carolina, and Hawaii. In addition, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe that we are all a work in progress, and that everyone has the capacity to heal and change. I understand what it is like to endure the human experience which is why I provide a client-centered approach to therapy. We are all distinct, and I offer strategies that are tailored specifically for your needs.
Many of us experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after traumatic events. Addictive behaviors are often the result of this underlying trauma. Many people who have experienced trauma have found EMDR to be successful in restoring balance to their life.
My goal is to support you through your journey. I want to help you flourish by assisting you to focus on the present while building upon your hopes for the future. I will provide care that is genuine and empathetic. I look forward to watching you prosper as you accomplish your goals.
