An open group to de-stress, and focus on the present moment. We start with a group check-in, have a reading or activity, practice a guided meditation, and process our experience. The group is an open format. I have a framework for the group but the specific topics can come from any member's suggestions. We practice here-and-now awareness and give gratitude for the breath we take in and the one we let out. Join us!
