There are times we need additional support in life, as a therapist I am here to provide the support and tools necessary to help you navigate life and life’s obstacles with wisdom and grace. I understand what it’s like to live with episodes of crippling anxiety and depression and symptoms of PTSD. I have been blessed to help and teach others about tools that can help manage or eliminate their symptoms of depression, anxiety and PTSD. Psychedelic Medicine and Mindfulness are my specialties, both modalities re-wire the brain so the mind is producing different thoughts. For significantly immediate relief of symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief psychedelic assisted psychotherapy works best. Both modalities however work well to rewire the brain especially one that is wired for trauma.
My clients' healing is something I take very seriously. Clients that have worked with me know and feel the warmth, compassion, kindness, and safety in our sessions. I feel honored, grateful, and blessed to be a part of a client's healing journey as I get to be a witness to their beautiful awakening, remembering, and divine self- transformation.
