I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in the state of Texas specializing in individual counseling with adolescents and adults as well as couples counseling. I have extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and yoga for anxiety/trauma.

I am highly skilled in treating mood and anxiety disorders including depression and bipolar disorders, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, OCD, PTSD, and Social Anxiety Disorder. I also treat stress and other symptoms related to major life changes, abusive relationships, and professional issues in the workplace.
