Anxiety Support Group
Have you had trouble concentrating on tasks, feeling nervous, restless of tense? Mindful Healing Counseling offers a 6 week guided support group for adults who are struggling with anxiety. Each week we will cover a topic to help individuals gain a better understanding of their anxiety and learn new coping skills that will work for them! Groups are a great way for individuals to gain confidence, community and learn that they are not alone! This group will be led by Hannah CPC- intern.
