Our holistic Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) serves individuals facing the complex challenges of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Many of our clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or mood disorders alongside struggles with addiction or substance misuse. They often seek meaningful support that goes beyond symptom management—support that addresses the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of healing. Whether stepping down from a higher level of care or recognizing it's time to make a change, our clients come to us needing structure, compassionate guidance, and a sense of connection.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)- for Adolescent
Our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, supportive care for teens who need more than weekly therapy while continuing to live at home and attend school. The program focuses on anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, self-esteem, family conflict, and other behavioral health concerns. Teens participate in evidence-based group therapy, including CBT, DBT-informed skills, coping strategies, communication, and relapse prevention when appropriate. Our goal is to help adolescents stabilize symptoms, build practical skills, strengthen relationships, and improve daily functioning in a safe, supportive environment.
