For those who are curious to learn more confident and skillful ways to navigate life's many dimensions, I can provide the support they seek. I foster a safe and comfortable environment for clients to explore their inner and interpersonal lives, allowing clients to discover areas for healing and growth. I primarily work with adolescents and adults on an individual basis, but I will also meet with families and couples in select cases. I closely collaborate with clients to tailor a plan to each person's specific needs and goals.
Through a combined therapeutic approach, I help clients gain greater understanding and mastery of their life and relationships, learn mindfulness concepts and skills to promote change, and embrace new narratives and values to live by. Neuroscience-informed education is also utilized to create context for clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral experience.
Establishing a trusting relationship is a priority, and I am committed to working with each client's unique personality and background through authentic and compassionate connection.
