I foster a safe and nonjudgmental environment for clients to examine their inner and interpersonal lives, allowing clients to discover areas for healing and growth. I primarily work with adolescents and adults on an individual basis, and I collaborate with clients to tailor a plan to each person's specific needs and goals.
Through a combined therapeutic approach, I help clients gain greater perspective on their life and relationships, learn mindful principles and skills to promote change, and embrace new ways of seeing themselves and their potential. Neurological and physiological concepts are also explored to enhance understanding of each client's experience.
Establishing a trusting relationship is a priority, and I am committed to working with each client's unique personality and background through authentic and compassionate connection.
