I am a LMHC with Diagnostic Privilege, LPC, and NCC. I have a degree in M.S in Mental Health Counseling from Queens College. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and families from underserved communities and multiculturally in a range of settings. Currently I work in Private Practice and from an integrative approach.
I believe to achieve success in therapy first starts with the therapeutic relationship. This relationship is a collaborative relationship that takes effort from both the client and therapist. Women's Grief Support Group- Virtual
The purpose of this group is to open a safe space for women who are coping with the loss of a relationship, either friendship or romantic. In this group, you will be able to find support, empowerment, connection, psychoeducation on grief, and develop healthy coping mechanisms to start the process of dealing and healing. An eclectic approach will be used with emphasis on CBT and DBT Techniques approaches.
