We all know how it goes, life is nothing short of a rollercoaster with twists and turns that are very sudden. Sometimes you feel there is no end to the unfortunate surprises. My intention is to meet individuals where they are in life and offer a safe space to grow.
My passion is to help people navigate life challenges and adjustments as this comes with growth. Coming from a nonjudgmental and supportive stance, I serve individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
I focus on assisting individuals experiencing difficulties related to life adjustments and transitions, grief and loss, interpersonal issues, anxiety, depression, and cognitive disabilities related to brain injuries.
