We are so glad you're here! At Mindful Beginnings of Lake Norman we offer therapy services to the greater Lake Norman area's individuals, couples, teens, children, and families. Through our collaborative of independent providers, we are able to work with individuals across the life span to support healing, connection and personal growth.
With a group of such unique providers and specialties, we are able to work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues such as: attachment, postpartum, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, grief, couples and more. We offer Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR in addition to many other treatment modalities.
With morning, daytime, evening and Saturday hours to accommodate our clients' busy schedules, we work hard to find times that work best for you. We also provide virtual and in-office options.
