Hi, I'm Kelley! My hope is for you to find the peace & inner resolve you are seeking. I assist by helping you identify your current strengths, teaching new skills, & providing a safe space for you to just be yourself. I will partner with you to find the tools that work best for your situation. Together, we will set realistic goals, devise a plan, & work towards what is most important to you. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, addiction, grief & loss, relationship turmoil, social conflict, mood issues or other concerns, we can face the challenge together & build a "toolbox" of the right skills that is always within your reach.

I use a person-centered, existential approach. I pull from solutions-focused, strengths-based, CBT, DBT, and narrative modalities. I also utilize play therapy for my child clients and incorporate music and art whenever a client relates well with those mediums.

We all experience struggles. At times, we all need help finding our way. My focus is to ensure my clients know they are not alone in their difficulties. It may not always seem like it, but we are the expert in our own lives. An outside perspective simply helps us unveil our resilience.
