About
Welcome! It takes courage to reach out and ask for help. It takes courage to reach out and find a therapist you can connect with. Navigating the complex process to find a therapist can be overwhelming. I work with adults and elders to assist them navigating feelings of anxiety, caregiver burnout, chronic illness, depression, financial toxicity, life transitions, and stress. I welcome you to schedule a FREE 20 minute consultation with me to learn more! I offer Telehealth appointments only in Washington State.
My specialty is working to address financial anxiety, which can feel like a taboo topic. Our mental wellness can absolutely be related to financial stress. I can work with you to explore feelings of anxiety, depression, stress and worry. It takes courage to reach out and ask for help. Talking about our financial insecurities is incredibly vulnerable.
My approach is holistic, person-centered, compassionate, genuine, kind and nonjudgmental. It is an honor to sit with you and hear your story. I look forward to connecting with you! "Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light" - Brené Brown.
