I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, addiction and recovery, developmental trauma, domestic violence, incarceration or probation/parole transitions, environmental trauma, and long-standing patterns that no longer serve them. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in survival mode. I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed space that supports emotional safety, self-understanding, healthier relationships, and meaningful, lasting change.
I offer an integrative, trauma-informed approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. My work incorporates EMDR, somatic approaches, Gottman Method Level 3 training, Attachment and Personality Pattern work, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Compassionate Inquiry-informed practices, IFS-informed work, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and the FLASH technique.
Healing can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve spent so long in survival mode. You do not have to navigate it alone. Therapy can become a space to feel seen, understood, and supported while creating meaningful and lasting change. If you feel ready to begin reconnecting with yourself and your healing, I invite you to reach out.
