Mind & Body Healing Collective is a safe, collaborative therapy practice for people ready to show up as their full selves. Our diverse team of compassionate clinicians supports all ages and stages of life through trauma-informed, whole-person care that honors the connection between mind, body, and lived experience. We work with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, & life transitions, while supporting the weight of a world that often feels overwhelming. Our therapists work with all ages, couples, & families, identities offering skills care to help regulate what’s happening inside when so much is happening outside. We help clients build true self & resilience within.
