I work with individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, pulled in different directions and seek emotional clarity.

I offer a collaborative, culturally responsive space grounded in attachment-based and person-centered care. I integrate EFT for emotional healing, and ACT for flexibility. My work supports clients in reconnecting with their values, deepening relationships, and navigating life with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
