I make the room safe, no matter the issue you bring to me. Everyone could use therapeutic support or help achieving greater pleasure in their life at some point, whether it is to cope with a break up, figure out relationship patterns that you want to change, contend with anxiety, loneliness or depression, grieve a loss, process major life transitions or work on a marriage. I have been treating adults and couples in private practice for over 15 years.
I see people from a broad array of backgrounds who are facing many different challenges in their lives, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, infertility, parenting issues, divorce, grief, recovery from trauma and career transitions. I am a thoroughly trained psychoanalyst. I work collaboratively and tailor my approach to each person.
Before I became a psychotherapist, I completed a JD at New York University School of Law and practiced law for five years. I bring a personal understanding to working with patients in the legal profession as well as people who are looking to change careers.
