I have 20 years of clinical experience in providing evidenced-based treatment. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, I work with children, adolescents, adults, & families with a variety of issues and challenges, including trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges, children emotional & behavioral issues, stress, etc... I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT skills, Play Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. Guided by my client's needs and issues, I use a variety of therapeutic orientations to work with children, adults, and families.
