I have over 40 years military life experience, so am particularly equipped to work with the military. I have worked trauma, stress, anxiety, domestic violence/bullying and low self-esteem, depression, along with school issues. I have worked with may types of abuse. I primarily work with adults, and adolescents via secure teleconferencing.
I am a bilingual Christian and a Veteran. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment. I am eclectic in my approach, however, my therapeutic approaches lean more toward CBT and CPT.
